Good Anime!

I'm from overseas but I enjoy anime, specifically retro anime. This is my first review here, in the future I will try to write reviews in Japanese. I love the music and art style of this anime, and I also think that the story is unique! However the animation does look low budget even for the 90s and I think the story needs more episodes to tell a more developed narrative.
