Budoukan is a great anime, above average in many ways, one of the best idol anime I have ever seen and this is due to the creativity and comedy of it.

The story follows a group of fans of an idol group and their misfortunes during idol performances. The protagonist Eripiyo carries the anime very well, overlaps the other characters with her funny and somewhat unpredictable presence. However, the rest are not left out, everyone is well explored and funny. The Cham group idols are well explored and developed, they all have personality. The story is generally comedy, does not try to escape it. Good characters, however some questions that the anime poses are not well developed, like relationships.

The animation is very good. The little CGI that is used in the presentations are so well done that they are deceiving. The anime itself is also very lively, both facial expressions and exaggerated scenes to have a comic effect.

The design is pleasant. The characters have a very colorful design and are consistent. It is worth mentioning that in some animation frames during the presentations, the faces of the idols are expressionless due to the CGU, but it does not last long. Still, what calls the attention are some scenes in which the framing and paintings of the scenarios are done in a very colorful way and with little contrast of lines. Gorgeous effect.

The music in the anime is good, it works well during the entire animation, it feels like comedy, some dramas and other types of scenes. However, there are no such memorable compositions, although this does not affect the experience. The songs played by the idol group, however, are very pleasant and enjoyable to listen to.
Sound mixing is done well in most anime, but in some scenes it has grotesque errors, even seeming amateur edition, for example, voices fading out of nowhere, voices too high or too low etc.

Dubbing is great. Everyone is interpreted, but the protagonist is simply magnificent, her voice is so funny that just listening to her screaming you laugh, without even seeing images. Incredible voice work.
