Very underrated

さくら荘のペットな彼女 is one of those anime that has left a big impact on me, and what I believe is an absolute gem of a show

Sakurasou has an exceptional story. While its romance is admittedly weak, it doesn’t take much away from the story.

The animation and artwork for this show is one of its best aspects. The colors are bright and vibrant which suits the show perfectly

The soundtrack and OP/ED songs are really great, especially DAYS of DASH (my favorite). The music plays well with all the emotional scenes in the show.

The main 5 characters are very dynamic with their own personalities and traits. What makes them so amazing is the fact that despite vastly contrasting upbringings, all of the Sakurasou residents are accepting of each other.

Overall, I highly rate this as one of the best rom-com slice of life anime out there
