Epic, and a classic for years to come

This show in the international community takes the cake as the number 1 anime ever produced in Japan, nothing comes close to it. Although I wouldn't rank it as highly as everyone else might have done, I still consider it one of the greatest.

The music is amazing. They did a great job with the OST and the OP/ED, with songs such as Rain, Again and Golden Time Lover are songs that I continue to listen to.

This show is action-packed and suspenseful.

I watched this show in Japanese and in English, while the Japanese dub is great, the English dubbing is even better. Both sets of VA did well

"In order for something to be obtained, something of equal value must be lost."

Anyone overseas who has watched this show can probably quote this, because of the narrator in the beginning of each episode

This anime is one of few shows that defines this era of anime
